We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Manager in the Public Sales Segment based in Espoo with a specific focus on developing clients in the public area. The public segment is a strategic investment area for HPE. An HPE Enterprise Account Manager develops, implements and drives a strategic business plan across various product lines and services with a set of public customers, and acts as the client’s advocate. He or she understands the critical business priorities and supports IT challenges and requirements in this segment. He or she also focuses on driving tangible business value for the assigned clients, while maximizing competitive share, revenue, and margin for HPE. He or she leads the account team, HPE business partners and alliances as a business and sales manager and ensures a well-orchestrated engagement from a strategic & tactical sales motion. We offer a challenging and rewarding job in a dedicated and highly professional account team, where you will be responsible for topline revenue, profitable product mix, a fast increase of our product & services SoW, selling activities into Finland public segment, breakthrough into new focused areas, and an overall superior total customer experience. Key Responsibilities: CxO level partnering: Establishing & maintaining executive contacts and selling HPE’s business value at the executive account level Account Business Planning: Building and executing an Account Business Plan that includes both strategic and transactional initiatives to grow our presence and share in the account over a 3 year time horizon Business Management: Monitoring and orchestrating sales pipelines, ensure business predictability, and the continuous population and movement of near- and long-term opportunities among the account team Sales execution: Orchestrating and leading the account team to ensure an efficient, focused and sales driven opportunity creation and closing execution, deliver strong & predictable sales forecast. Drive complex solutions that involved recurring engagements with the customers and partners about their strategies and potential new business models toward Public sector. Account Team Management: Leading the account team and be coach and mentor, as well as challenger to the account team Increase share of wallet, business development: - Driving the leveraging of the full solution portfolio of HPE to broaden the scope of field/territory sales, innovative selling strategies together with the account team in recognition of changing sales dynamics and customer accessibility - Working with alliances and partners to develop more robust and complete solutions, and to further differentiate HPE from the competition - Maintains high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity, as indicated in the company-conducted surveys and reports. Scope and Impact: Typically manages 1 to many accounts Typically qualifies and closes large deals of moderate to high complexity and cross-BU scope. Works with all levels of decision-makers in the client organization. Excellence in managing a sales territory and business governance. Ability to build and manage a high performance account team. Excellent communication skills ( Finnish , English) Ability to express value of HPE solutions from a business perspective Ability to position HPE’s solutions leadership at CxO level Sales Capabilities (Will to Win) proven track record of delivering results demonstrating strong passion for selling delivering against (or beating) business targets and showing winning attitude meeting customer commitments with speed, high quality and consistency Integrity Energizing personality with high standard of personal integrity Be a role model About the candidate: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering (or similar). Knowledge in the Finnish public tender & procurement procedure, processes. Business- and Financial acumen. Competent in the sale of IT solutions and services. Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market. Demonstrates successfully driving specialty sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating and closing deals. Demonstrates a successful ability to leverage the company's portfolio of products and services to change the playing field against our competition.
